Yoga and Meditation go hand in hand, but don’t be afraid! I’m not going to make you sit in meditation for 1 hour if you’ve never done it before ;) Movement is also its own form of moving meditation. It’s all connected!

Inside Flow®
Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga where every movement is synchronized with the music. Throughout the class, you will gradually discover a fluid sequence that will come together choreographed to a specific song.

Embodiment Coaching
Embodiment is a transformative coaching method that focuses on building a deeper connection with your inner world and emotions through the body.
I have a very intuitive coaching style, which combines different practices to help you reach deeper layers of healing.
